The program usually requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, with around 10 hours per week dedicated to defined tasks and projects. Please note that this is an unpaid program and participation requires signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

\r\n1.Support us in overseeing and improving the R&D process.
\r\n2.Perform research and market mapping to identify suitable labs and institutes.
\r\n3.Initiate connections and build communication with partners based on our project goals.
\r\n4.Prepare reports, documentation, and lab requests.
\r\n5.Support and coordinate project development with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.

\r\n*Your experience:*
\r\n1.Educational background in Material \/ Mechanical Engineering \/ Chemistry (Master\u2019s or PhD students preferred).
\r\n2.A strong research mindset with analytical skills and ideally some experience in research projects.

We are looking for a passionate Communication Coordinator to help us build and strengthen the brand awareness on all our social media platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and the business development lead. You will take part in the strategic direction and will be responsible for its complete execution. The ideal candidate will be able to lead this work independently and will be credited for the impact.

\r\n*Your Main Responsibilities: *
\r\n1. Create and manage all our content & media in order to build our brand awareness on all our social media platforms (including marketing materials such as press releases, blog posts, and newsletters, etc.).
\r\n2. Assist the business development lead in developing and implementing a communications strategy as per the business objectives.
\r\n3. Monitor analytics and create reports to help us measure the exposure and KPIs.
\r\n4. Identify best channels and stay up to date on industry trends and suggest improvements.
\r\n5. Respond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and other press members as well as identify suitable influences and build strategic partnerships.
\r\n
\r\n*Your experience:*
\r\nWe are open to considering candidates from different professional backgrounds and diverse experiences. Editorial experience, knowledge of the textile & sustainability industry, creativity, and entrepreneurial drive will make you the best fit for this role.

\r\nIn addition, the following experience will help you to be the most successful in the role:
\r\n1. At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role + a portfolio that can show the impact of your work
\r\n2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing from strategy design to execution; as well as knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practices
\r\n3. Editorial skills and strategic communication design – is a plus
\r\n4. Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to set and meet deadlines
\r\n5. Analytical thinking and ability to think critically
\r\n6. Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
\r\n
\r\nThe positions is part time which allows you a great flexibility also in terms of location. It could develop to a full-time in a later stage.
